Preface: NO BULLSHIT DIET.

The NO BULLSHIT DIET, is a diet with NO BULLSHIT involved at all. No stupid food restrictions, no counting of calories and being a fucking pussy about fat and frivolous shit like that.


This diet refocuses the core principles of the very early diets, which is to cut down on food intake to increase weight loss.


Without any fuss or overly troublesome routines to follow, I'll be chronicling my success with the diet over the course of the next five days and watch in amazement as you discover that losing weight is as easy as A B C!
