My target for the day was to eat as little as possible. Skipped breakfast and lunch and had a candy bar for the energy to tide me over until work ended. Ended up at home watching TV, attempting to resist dinner as well. God I was hungry as hell, but remembered that the main aim of the 'No Bullshit Diet' is to abstain from food as much as possible, to go balls out and eat less to lose weight.
I ended up slapping myself every time I got tempted to eat dinner.
Finally ate half a meal.
I think I lost about half a kilo.
