Since hearing that voice so gentle pleasing, saccharine sweet.

60 days of exhaustion,
putting up with the stress of having a relationship,
with one displaying behaviour that's so incredibly infantile.

60 days of stress,
relating to a lack of sleep, balancing late nights and early mornings,
how did you ever manage your keep?

60 days of commitment,
one that isn't lightly made, one that would hopefully
hold.

60 days of romance,
since I've first held your hand, one I'd rarely get to keep.
But one which I'd gladly hold, for as long as time would allow.

It's the 2nd month.

I'd say I like you.
I'd go even further to but that might just embarass you.

Second Month I haven't forgotten,
since I've first got addicted to the dulcet voice,
that aural therapy.

I'd say I like you,
I wouldn't lie.

I might even have enough cheek to declare that I love you,
but that'd be too much.

Second month, here's to many more.
