handclaps and cymbals make for engineered happiness.
I want to father the kids of Au Revoir Simone's band members' children!
And, it's weird because I try to be nice. I am nice and that applies to almost anyone I meet in general. But, it's also a bit weird because usually it doesn't get touchy feely and as a bonus, with special hand grabbing motions! As per action figures with their corny declarations of special features, in an attempt to justify the insane price for moulded plastic.
It's also so hard to find someone with good taste in music. A sprightly 8 bit colour personality is
also a plus. Budden, budden life is suxxors and shit like that doesn't happen. Not often, anyway.
And when the shit hits the fan and some real work needs to be done to control damage and it gets a little too much to bear, hand claps and cymbals make for awesome engineered happiness. As Au Revoir Simone state so beautifully, feel what you feel and say what you say. Whatever, it's all cool. Now clap your hands, damnit!
Postscript-
Nooo! Mysterious stranger, you're gone and my heart's aflutter after you. And sure as hell you won't be bringing it back. Oh well, back to square one.
