I would like to divert your attention to another story,
concerning my school.

For once, I will touch on the
subject that is my personal life.

On a Tuesday morning,
I was late for school.

I got booked,
got pissed
and the Discipline Master
was even more pissed.

I got caught for having "long hair".
Bullshit,
pure and simple.

Why?
My hair ISN'T long,
anyone who knows me will tell you that,
my hair has never grown to state of 'long'.


Fine.
I got it cut.
Out of spite,
I got it cut extremely short,
so that there would be no more complaints by the DM.

Nest day, what happens?
I got called out during Morning assembly
and was told to wait behind the flag post.

For 20 FULL MINUTES!
In full view of the school.

After taking his own sweet time,
he came and checked my hair
and then scrutinized my chin.

"You have improper grooming."
Utter bullshit!
Confused,
I asked why.

"You have a lot of facial hair,
you want me to take a picture and show your parents as evidence?"
(Note, he was wielding a a camera. An extremely cheap digital camera)
The whole process took about 20 seconds.

Now,
see here,
at this point of time I would just like to say that I was extremely pissed.
You make me wait for 20 FUCKING MINUTES IN FULL VIEW OF THE SCHOOL,
AND YOU TAKE 20 SECONDS TO FUCK AROUND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!?

Damned bitch.
Asking what constituted 'improper grooming',
I was told that I had to shave my chin and cut off my side burns.
(Note that my chin only has a few specks of hair)

Now look HERE,
NO ONE TOUCHES THE SIDE BURNS.

I've HAD THEM FOR 10 FUCKING YEARS.
It takes you four years to notice my sideburns!?!?

Fucking hell!
Utter bullshit.
Waste of my time.


unfortunately,
the DM rules by threats and intimidation.
So obviously,
I cowered and I fawned.

You think it would be wise to cross the most powerful man in school?

Instead I cut my side burns slightly shorter and left it at that.
I heard no further word about 'improper grooming'.

Note,
I'm in a neighborhood school
and my school is infamous for lack of discipline.

With such a DM that acts like such an ass,
who would've thought the students would turn out this way?


Shit,
be a little more reasonable and perhaps
the discipline might improve.
