I think I've got it all figured out.
On a subconscious level, I am only romantically attracted to females who possess traits with which I would wish to see reproduced in my offspring. Seriously. Figures. Every potential partner must be an ideal candidate for procreation with. As such, I have yet to get around working up enough romantic interest as there are very few people whom I know that have qualities that I would like to see replicated.
Oh, damn. I've worked myself up into a tizzy again.
