Dry ribs, marinated in supermarket barbeque sauce, touted as their signature served up on a cold plant with hopelessly unimaginative potato wedges. I'm normally not one to waste food, especially if I have no expectations and am hopelessly hungry.
New York New York, now in the heartland malls. Lousy food, served up on a cold plate.
How hard is it to pop ribs in an oven and serve it on a hot plate?
